ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work in a 17-bed ICU/CSICU caring for patients from neonates to geriatrics
\n• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends
\n• Weekend coverage required with 12 weekend shifts per contract
\n• 36 hours of orientation provided
\n• Minimum 2-3 years of experience required with previous charge experience
\n• Travel experience highly preferred
\n• ADN required, BSN preferred from an accredited school of nursing
\n• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing required
\n• BLS required, ACLS within first six months of employment
\n• CRRT experience preferred
\n• Cerner charting system experience preferred
\n• Care for cardiovascular patients post-CABG, thoracotomy, carotid stenting, valve procedures
\n• Experience with specialized equipment including IABP, ECMO, Impella Heart Pump, hypothermia protocols
\n• Manage patients requiring advanced therapies and interventional procedures
\n• Skills required include arterial line management, ventilator care, cardiac drip titration, blood product administration
\n• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
\n• Hard document submission deadline 3 business days prior to start date
