Position at Cregger Company

Objective: The Warehouse Manager will increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with company policy and OSHA, DOT and other applicable regulations.

Job Duties:

•Lead, manage, and supervise warehouse and delivery associates to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions

•Attentively check incoming material into warehouse for accuracy, check materials into computer system (Solar Eclipse), oversee stocking of material that has arrived into the warehouse

•Continually improve warehouse performance in the areas of efficiency, productivity, daily workflow, inventory handling & control, and quality assurance

•Oversee warehouse operations to ensure that the correct product arrives at the right place, at the right time, in a professional and efficient manner

•Instill a mindset of customer focus among subordinates

•Direct staff actions to best match labor supply with operational requirements

•Oversee an aggressive and thorough cycle counting program

•Develop and analyze reports and develop new policies, procedures, and methods that improve operational efficiency

•Supervise and schedule maintenance of company delivery vehicles and equipment; maintain a preventive maintenance program to keep equipment in good working order

•Maintain the security and appearance of warehouse and grounds

•Other duties as assigned
