Position Summary
The Asset Manager directs the day-to-day operations and performance of SNRHA multi-family Conventional Public Housing asset management properties. The Asset Manager performs all duties required to keep the property running smoothly while meeting the departments occupancy and financial goals in accordance with established SNRHA policies and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations.
