Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable data entry clerk for a one-month position on the Southside of Jacksonville.

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

The data entry clerk will accurately enter, update, and maintain information in our systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into internal databases and systems
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Update and maintain records, files, and spreadsheets
• Identify and correct data discrepancies, contacting clients by phone on occasion to get missing information.
• Generate reports as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Communicate with team members to resolve data issues
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
