Comvox, CO is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all aspects of our events run smoothly, from pre-event logistics to on-site coordination and post-event follow-ups.

• 
  Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish

• 
  Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet event requirements

• 
  Manage event logistics, including scheduling, materials, and venue setup

• 
  Support marketing initiatives by preparing event materials and promotional items

• 
  Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth operations

• 
  Track event budgets and maintain accurate documentation

• 
  Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 
  1+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field

• 
  Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• 
  Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

•
