Job Title: STC Advocate
Job Description

The STC Advocate role is a unique opportunity to be the face of the company during the vehicle purchase process. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience as customers meet you for the first time when picking up their vehicle. Your role involves driving a company-owned car to customer appointments, overseeing the sale of vehicles, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer, embodying the company's values.
• Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company policies.
• Assist team members with various tasks as necessary.
• Drive to approximately 6-8 appointments daily, greet customers, inspect vehicles, facilitate paperwork, and arrange for vehicle pick-up.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Team player with understanding of teamwork
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Energy and drive to accomplish goals and meet deadlines
• Interest in working hard in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Excellent visual activity and manual dexterity

Work Environment

This is a temporary role for 6-8 weeks to assist during the busy season. The role involves both indoor and outdoor work and may expose you to inclement weather. The company culture values communication and teamwork, offering a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth. Enjoy ping pong and corn hole tournaments during downtime. Hours and pay rate vary based on location.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
