Job Description

• Promote and sell products to customers in targeted markets, including nuclear power plant shielding, medical facility shielding, pharmaceuticals, and specialty lead parts.
• Understand clients' technical requirements, propose solutions, secure sales, and drive new business growth.
• Read and interpret blueprints to communicate technical specifications to customers.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to achieve sales goals.
• Source materials at competitive prices using commodity purchasing experience.
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Offer customized solutions through knowledge of digital printing.
• Oversee product design and development using project management skills.
• Develop expertise in company products and services.
• Gain a working knowledge of the markets served.
• Work with the product engineering and production teams on costing, processes, management, and completion of customer projects.
• Provide detailed, timely, and effective proposals and quotes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in blueprint reading and product design.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Project management skills.
• Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid organizational and work management skills.

• Experience in the nuclear industry or related fields.
• Knowledge of digital printing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
