Job Posting: Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid; remote possible for the right candidate)
Compensation: $90,000 salary + PTO + health benefits

The Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is obsessed with data, analytics, and strategy. This role is 90% marketing, 10% sales support , with a primary focus on building and optimizing funnels that increase provider prescription growth and convert inbound leads into long-term relationships.
Youll report directly to the President and have the opportunity to shape the growth engine from the ground up, with the potential to evolve into a Head of Growth role as we scale.
