Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
To support and help lead the efforts of the Planning team in meeting business objectives and exceeding Customer expectations.
DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES)
- Update and Maintain Master Schedule for Ready Refresh Production
- Plan Shipments against Daily Sales Data and Coordinate with Carrier
- Assign priority orders to production line and Carrier.
- Order Raw Materials and Maintain Inventory Levels.
- Maintain proper inventory levels at the plant and outside warehouse locations.
- Be proactive in identifying product issues and communicating to Locations/ Branches.
- Focus on achieving Daily Load out Goals at Branch Level.
- Proactively communicate within Planning Team and Ready Refresh branch Leadership
- Maintain accurate Data of Current shipments / Quantities.
- Follow up on Corrections to Load Reports
- Receive in Raw Materials Systematically on Returns and Transfers.
- Post out / Keep Current on Outbound orders (Subject to change if new process rolled out)
- Other duties as assigned by Planning Management Team
- Communicate and Create Orders for 3rd Party Vendors / Manage their inventory levels

- Demonstrated teamwork and proven track record of team engagement
- Must work well with others and engage cross-department accountability
- Proven ability to lead and engage teams in a changing environment.
- Ability to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong SAP ability, preferred
- Ability to work Accurately and quickly to adhere to daily deadlines.
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office inc. intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be flexible in working hours - overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shifts.
