As a
Swim School Operations Assistant , youre the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly. From prepping equipment to setting the stage for safe and successful swim lessons, your role is all about support, organization, and teamwork.
This is a

What Youll Do Your job is to keep the pool deck running smoothlybefore, during, and after swim lessons. Youll help instructors and team members stay organized and ready while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for our students.
Set up and put away pool equipment for each shift
Keep the deck clean, safe, and organized during lessons
Help with class transitions and student flow on deck
Restock supplies and prep materials as needed
Assist with safety checks (e.g., water toys, traffic flow, basic pool area tidiness)
Support instructors and deck staff with operational needs
Who We're Looking For
Youre a reliable team player who wants to help out, stay active, and contribute to something meaningful. You dont need to be a swimmerbut you should be comfortable in a humid, fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or current enrollment in school preferred
Comfortable around water (no in-water responsibilities)
Able to be on your feet for 34 hours and lift equipment up to 25 lbs
