Rocket Tax is expanding! We’re looking for friendly, driven professionals who can sell, serve, and support clients year-round. This role combines tax preparation, customer service, and sales, including upselling our new services:
** What You’ll Do **
• Prepare and file accurate tax returns using our proprietary software
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build client trust
• Present and upsell services confidently using proven techniques
• Handle confidential financial and immigration information with care
• Support marketing and client outreach efforts
** What We’re Looking For **
• PTIN required
• Tax prep experience preferred
• Sales or retail background with strong upselling skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Great communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
